United States GP:
Plenty To Fight for in Last Six Races - Toto

Ah, race week, how we've missed you!

While the four-week break between Singapore and Austin may have felt like an eternity, the good news for F1 fans is that there is still a quarter of the season still to go.

And it all kicks off in Texas this weekend.

Always one of the most highly anticipated of triple-headers, the next few weeks on the road will be hectic.

"This weekend marks the start of an intense run to the end of the year," said Toto.

"We have six races over the next eight weeks, ending with the season finale in Abu Dhabi."

With six races to go there is plenty to fight for and the team will be doing everything it can to prepare for the final stint of the year.

"There is still plenty to fight for, and the opportunity to create a few highlights along the way," said Toto.

"We want to end this year as strongly as possible, build momentum for 2025, and of course bid farewell to Lewis in the best way possible."

Results since the summer break have not been what the team had hoped for.

A podium for George in Baku along with a strong P3 in Singapore GP Quali for Lewis were the highlights, but the team struggled to replicate the form that had seen three wins and six consecutive races with a top-three finish going into the summer break in August.

The desire to re-discover that level of performance has not wavered in these past four weeks, with focus not just on Austin, but next season too.

"We have been hard at work since Singapore, analysing our performance and how we can improve," said Toto.

"We bring our final update package of the season to Texas and our aim is to close the gap to the front.

"It will also provide useful information that will help guide our development direction for 2025."

The updates to W15 will be put to the test straight away, with the fourth of six F1 Sprint weekends in 2024 taking place at the Circuit of the Americas.

"The sprint format returns this weekend, and we will have to be at our best to introduce the update package effectively," said Toto.

"COTA is a fantastic track but one that caught us out last year. It is high-speed layout, combined with its bumpy surface, make it a challenge for both the car and driver.

"It is one we are looking forward to."

F1 is back. It is time to go racing. Bring it on.
