The Team came home from Austria last week with a P1 trophy for the first time in more than 18 months, with Toto keen to emphasise the role everyone has played in making that possible.
Toto said: "There is great energy and momentum within the Team. Last weekend's result only adds to that.
"Our incremental gains have brought us closer to the front and turned us into regular podium contenders.
"That is due to the hard work of everyone at Brackley and Brixworth over recent months."
George's victory in Spielberg - his second win in F1 on Sunday was not achieved on pure pace alone, but did signal the progress made with W15 over recent weeks.
Toto said: "We capitalised on the opportunities that presented themselves to claim victory.
"We were running an honest third on track, not too far behind the leading duo.
"When they tangled, we were there to take advantage. As a result, we head to Silverstone encouraged by our weekend in Austria."
